Snow Drop Galanthus Nivalis (in the green)

Galanthus Nivalis (in the green) bulbs, otherwise known as 'the common snowdrop', are the most popular of all snowdrops and are some of the earliest harbingers of the new year. Planted immediately upon arrival, they sprout beautiful white flower heads on delicate green stems with a sweet, honey scent. Galanthus Nivalis (in the green) bulbs naturalize readily and thrive in partial shade and moist, well-drained soil. Best planted en masse in a grassed area, or in borders and rockeries, their green foliage remains all winter long and should only be cut when the flowers and foliage have died.
