Wild Garlic Allium Bulbs

Wild Garlic Allium Bulbs are short-lived spring flowering Alliums that can be spotted in woodlands and parks. Notable for their white star-shaped florets, these bulbs are perfect for landscaping in wooded areas. However, they can spread quickly and should be planted with caution. The edible leaves can spice up salads and soups. Wild Garlic Allium Bulbs prefer chalky soil and prefer to grow in shady, moist areas, and are often confused with the toxic Lilly of the Valley. To the trained eye, the two plants look very similar but can easily be distinguised by the overpowering smell of garlic from the Wild Garlic leaves.
